Our sliding-glass door wasn’t opening at all, so we called the company that installed the door ~10-15 years ago. Gary came out (right on time), quickly found the problem (bearings shot), obtained replacement parts (same day), and fixed the problem. Now we have a functional door that’s nearly silent — I’m ecstatic! Gary was friendly and competent. I’ll definitely use this company again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Very pleased!

We started our window shopping in October of 2019. Advance was the best choice.We met with Rodney and followed up with Gary. The crew was amazing and did an awesome job. Two days to do the job and what a huge difference new windows make! I didn’t have to clean anything, the crew did it all!! We will be in touch with Advance to do our doors and siding. From the beginning, we liked this company. Rob came to give an estimate and he was the most through rep we had dealt with during our price seeking venture. Once the project started, it took as long as they estimated and the results are outstanding. Our house was transformed from an aging 80s style house to what looks like a new construction. The craftmanship was second to none and we couldn’t be happier. Rob stayed in contact with us during the entire process and was receptive to all of our concerns. Id recommended them to anyone looking to for a siding project.

I called Advanced window and siding for an estimate and they were able to send someone out the same day! Gary came and was very friendly and professional. The price was fair and the turnaround time was very quick! I would certainly recommend Advanced Windows and Siding!

The installers showed up on time and removed, installed, and trimmed out the windows and patio doors in one day. All the workers were very personable. Very impressed with the quality of windows, cost, and service. Would highly recommend it. You won’t be disappointed.

I used Advance Windows last year to replace 4 windows in an apartment on my house. I had them back a few months ago to replace the large apartment window AND now I am having them back to replace my basement windows as soon as they are in. I would never use anyone else. They get 10 Stars in my book from starting with their office staff to Rodney who came for the appraisals to the installers. They are very pleasant do beautiful work and the windows come with a lifetime warranty. I could not be happier with their work.

As professional a company as we have ever hired. Quick response to our request for quote on our roof replacement, clear presentation, and fulfillment as promised. We were kept informed as the scheduled day approached. Crew arrived on time, worked consistently. Crew chief answered all questions. Cleanup was amazing. Can’t recommend this company more highly.

Deciding to replace windows is an important and long-term decision. But, I also needed windows on a deadline. I called and set an estimate appointment for the end of the week. Knowing I was in a time crunch, Rodney instead came out the next day to measure and emailed me a quote the day after.

We called for an estimate for a roof replacement and David Derrick was extremely helpful and responsive. He was able to get out to the property and give me an estimate the same day. Extremely prompt! While we have not had any work done yet by them yet, I was very impressed with their quick and informative estimate.

This company is stellar! Customer Service included the president washing my mom’s windows himself after installation (she’s 85).
 
If there is a problem it is addressed. Quality, prices, professionalism. I personally am ordering windows for the 2nd time for a new home purchase.

Advance Inc. was such a great company. We had our siding redone and one window replaced. They helped us every step of the way- even when I changed my mind on siding colors. They were more than happy to help and answer questions promptly. They pay attention to the details and they exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this company and I plan to use them when we install our deck and new windows in the future.

Advance does really nice work and their customer service is excellent. After many years the sweep on my door wore out and they replaced it. Alice even dropped the sweep off at my house on her way home from work. That kind of service is hard to come by these days. Thank you Alice.

Recently my wife and I got our windows and gutters done by Advance. We used Advance years ago to have our siding redone and they were great then as well. This has been the most respectful and reliable company we have ever dealt with. If you want high-quality work and professionalism this is definitely the company to go with. My wife and I had our roof replaced as well as gutters, soffit, and fascia in May 2018 after a bad storm ripped many shingles off our older roof. Your install crew is awesome! We just had 17 windows and 2 doors installed by Jake, Dave, Rob, Gary, and Matt and can’t say enough wonderful things about them. They were on time, incredibly courteous and professional, and very hard working. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after they were done, answered all of my questions, and were very knowledgeable about the products. Couldn’t be happier!

My wife and I recently purchased a home that needed some TLC. We contacted Advance about their WINDOWS promotion and within a few weeks had 13 beautiful new windows installed… all within 8 hours. Advance replaced our large picture window under warranty when the seals failed and it fogged up. They provided a window from a different manufacturer and charged only for the window and not for shipping or installation. Gary and Jake worked quickly and did a quality job. We recently had our 97-year-old house updated with new siding and Advance was amazing! Rodney knew exactly what he was talking about and wasted no time getting the job started for us. We originally had signed with a different company who let us down in a big way, but it was a blessing in disguise because we couldn’t be happier with what Advance did for us! The workers were very professional and friendly and the clean up was perfect. (Which I was very worried about because of our kids and dog.) We have tons of windows on our house (about 20) and everyone is framed out perfectly. Everything went smoothly and the job was completed in the time frame they told us.
